Shipping and Payment

Shipping costs are not included in the commission or premade prices. Shipping the suit is paid for by the client. Chirping Cat Creations is not responsible for the suit once it has been shipped; any missing packages must be taken up with the postal company.

Similarly, Chirping Cat Creations is not liable for lost packages or delivery issues due to errors in information provided by the client. If re-shipping is required due to client error, the client will pay all related costs.

Shipping Options

We ship with Canada Post, but other couriers may be requested.

 

Standard domestic shipping options can range in price from $59.99. Express options are available for a higher cost.

​

International shipping options begin at $109.99 with express options available at a higher cost.

​

Liability coverage starts at $100 with $2.79 for each additional $100.

​

Your shipping cost will be included with your quote after you have provided a shipping address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

​In the case of a lost package, please contact the courier. There is nothing Chirping Cat can do in this case. Generally, it is recommended you purchase a shipping option with added liability coverage if you are worried about your package being lost or stolen.​

If your fursuit arrives damaged, please see the damages clause in our terms of service. Major damage can be repaired by Chirping Cat with minor damage from shipping able to be repaired with guidance by the client using the included repair kit.
