Refund Policy
No Returns or Exchanges
Once your fursuit has started and the 50% deposit made, it generally cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please do not accept your quote if you do not have the funds to pay for the suit. Fursuits are a luxury, not a necessity. Please make sure you are able to afford one before ordering one. Returns will also not be accepted in cases of buyer's remorse - be sure of your purchase!
Refunds may be requested before materials are ordered. In this case, 75% of your deposit fee will be returned to you with Chirping Cat keeping the remaining balance as damages.
In any case of refusal to pay remaining fees or shipping, the deposit will not be refunded. The suit will be kept and altered then sold as a premade.
Maker Cancellations
If Chirping Cat is unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund and notice. Reasons may include family emergencies or sickness.
